• Customer Service: Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
• Sales: Driving sales through effective communication and helping customers find what they need.
• Cash Handling: Accurately processing payments (cash, credit, debit), balancing drawers, and ensuring accurate cash control.
• Store Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation.
• Other Duties: Sales Associates may be required to perform other tasks such as receiving deliveries, assisting with food preparation (in some foodservice positions), or completing shift worksheets.

• Operating the cash register and scanning items.
• Bagging groceries.
• Helping customers locate products.
• Answering customer questions and resolving issues.
• Preparing food items (in some foodservice positions).
• Checking in merchandise deliveries.
• Assisting with stocking and rotating merchandise.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
