Pay, Schedule, and Location - $12/hour based on experience
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Flexible, part-time | 1-3 days per week (including weekends)
- Located in Houston, Texas (greater Houston area)
Duties and Responsibilities - Welcome and register prospective homebuyers in model homes
- Create a warm, professional first impression for visitors
- Ask simple discovery questions and take clear, organized notes
- Share basic information about the home and community
- Maintain the appearance and presentation of the model home
- Support on-site sales representatives with buyer insights
Requirements and Qualifications - Friendly, people-oriented individuals who enjoy conversation
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or professional experience preferred
- Polished, professional demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk through homes and climb stairs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No selling required. No real estate license needed
